Midwest Contracting Company provided Construction Management services for the expansion of the existing 2 Dandelions Bookshop into a newly acquired downtown building adjacent to their existing leased space in Brighton, MI.
The project consisted of a complete renovation of the existing 1,400sf office space to create the expanded bookstore retain space, restroom and staff area. A rated walkway was created between this newly acquired space and their adjacent lease space and existing roof and structural repairs took place to bring this historic build space new life.
