Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services to construct the Edelman Financial Engines relocation in Ann Arbor, MI.
Edelman Financial Engines is a Nationwide financial planning and investment management service company with over 140 planner locations. This project was a relocation of their Ann Arbor, MI location.
This project was an interior renovation of a previously unoccupied tenant space on the second floor of an occupied building. Full floor protection was installed and maintained in all public areas and coordination with the adjacent tenants took place throughout the project. The renovation included a complete demolition of the existing suite architectural features, all new walls, flooring, finishes and lighting. The build-out consists of a reception area, 4 private offices, 2 work stations, a signing room, administration area and kitchen/breakroom. Midwest Contracting Company was thrilled to be a part of this project with another Corporate Client.
