Fifth Third Bank – GEM Refresh
As Contractor of Choice for Fifth Third Bank, Midwest Contracting Company (MCC) completed the interior and exterior renovation of this existing branch.
Scope of work included painting of the existing exterior façade and a complete interior finish upgrade. This interior upgrade includes all new ceilings, flooring, paint, millwork, construction of new customer service counter, employee breakroom, booth office and all new teller transaction area with relocated pneumatic tube system. All of the work was completed off hours in order to ensure the bank was continuously operational during construction.
MCC worked with the architect and local building officials to make necessary code upgrades while keeping the project moving on schedule and on budget.
