Midwest Contracting Company provided General Contracting services for the new Fifth Third Bank – Hall Road Branch location in Clinton Township, MI.
The project consisted of a complete demolition of an existing 5,000sf building, complete site development with all new utility services, and work associated with the existing shared access drive parallel to Hall Road. The new 2,400sf ground up building consists of exterior metal panels, storefronts and EIFS while the interior includes custom millwork booths, coffee bar, tech table and decorative wood baffle ceiling.
The project was completed in August of 2024.
