Oceola Township Hall Renovation

Midwest Contracting Company is providing General Contracting services for the renovation to the existing Oceola Township Hall in Howell, MI.

This project includes a complete interior finish renovation to the existing 8,000SF building as well as exterior lighting upgrades. The facility will remain in full operation during the entire construction process.

Phase 1 of the project was completed on January 20, 2023 and Phase 2 was completed on March 17, 2023.
